Vivaldi with Firejail/Apparmor - additional folders access don't work

I don't know what's going on, but the solution described here no longer seems to work for me. Did the syntax of firejail config files changed in some way? I don't think so, because this entry

whitelist ${DOWNLOADS}

which can be found in original chromium-common.profile works out of the box.

Any ideas why the other don't work?
