Right before shutdown, very late in the process I see this:
It does not show up in Journalctl, probably because everything has been unmounted by the time the message appears.
It says WARNING in big letters and looks like a kernel-panic dump, but I cannot seem to figure out why this actually appears: I dont see an actual error or warning, just an information dump. It seems to be fairly new, a couple of weeks old.
Can anyone help me decode why this appears and what I should do about it?

It is a kernel "bug", being taken care of as we speak. Introduced in Linux 6.3, warning is harmless.
