Issues with audio: lspci | grep -i audio command is empty

Hi everybody,

I have several problems with audio on arch linux. When I ended the installation, I found:

lspci | grep -i audio
00:0e.0 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Celeron/Pentium Silver Processor High Definition Audio (rev 06)

inxi -Ax
Audio:
Device-1: Intel Celeron/Pentium Silver Processor High Definition Audio
vendor: Realtek driver: sof-audio-pci-intel-apl bus-ID: 00:0e.0
API: ALSA v: k6.3.1-arch2-1 status: kernel-api
Server-1: PipeWire v: 0.3.70 status: active

But, now, I found:

lspci | grep -i audio

and
inxi -Ax
Audio:
  Message: No device data found.
  API: ALSA v: k6.3.1-arch2-1 status: kernel-api
  Server-1: PipeWire v: 0.3.70 status: active

However, after the installation, the device only showed "dummy output" for audio. I tried several solutions, but all of them failed. I don't know what I can do to solve this...

If it actually completely disappeared from lspci then the card is disabled in your UEFI or you have low level detection issues, post

sudo journalctl -b
