USB Audio Device not recognized until it is power cycled

Hi. I have a Behringer UMC404HD audio interface. I'm running Arch with pipewire.

Let's start with that the AI is working perfectly fine. All inputs/outpus work. There seems to be no issue with pipewire.

However, this AI does not power down, it's an always-on kind of device.

When I boot Arch, it will not be detected (as an USB device). `lsusb` and `dmesg` make no mention of it. Even unplugging and reattaching the USB cable on the PC side does not help. Power cycling the AI (by pulling the power cord) will make the kernel detect the USB device and pipewire picks it up immediately.

I dual boot windows, and there it's recognized every time, so it does not seem to be an issue with the device or USB settings in bios or something.

This is the output when power cycled.

[ 3268.343034] usb 3-1: new high-speed USB device number 2 using xhci_hcd
[ 3268.485892] usb 3-1: New USB device found, idVendor=1397, idProduct=0509, bcdDevice= 1.12
[ 3268.485899] usb 3-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=3, SerialNumber=0
[ 3268.485901] usb 3-1: Product: UMC404HD 192k
[ 3268.485903] usb 3-1: Manufacturer: BEHRINGER

The thing is, it's not being detected. So, there's no logging to show, really. Where should I start digging to fix this?
