I noticed today that alda, a package I use rather frequently, was orphaned. I adopted the package since I use it and I have some experience shell scripting.
I have edited the PKGBUILD and .SRCINFO to update to alda's new release, 2.2.5. One of the sources, alda-player, is now too big for the AUR, so I added it's URL to the PKGBUILD. However, when I try to push to the AUR, it tells me the file alda-player (which is now downloaded in the PKGBUILD) is missing. Thank you for any help.
Package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/alda
What I am trying to push (the updated repo): https://github.com/Arthurmeade12/alda-aur
Thank you for any help.

You have not updated the .SRCINFO. Do not edit it manually. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/AUR_su … ge_content
There's already an alda-player script, you can't have another source with the same name. The script is only 63 bytes, definitely not too big.
If you still have trouble, please post the output of after attempting to push your changes.

Thank you for your response. After regenerating the .SRCINFO with makepkg and fixing the PKGBUILD some, it pushed successfully. Thanks for the help.
