I'm using matlab to do some simulations, which take some time so i usually switch to another virtual workspace. However, matlab renders some figures here and there. The problem now is that the figures always steel the focus, which results in gnome switching workspaces, which is rather annoying. Is there any solution to prevent this? I have found some comments on windows stealing focus on gnome, but nothing seemed really to work.
