Bluetooth speaker is detected as headset

My bluetooth speakers are detected as a headset, both in pavucontrol and blueman bluetooth manager.
Setting a different profile doesn't change this.

The speakers are Presonus Eris e3.5 bt. One speaker is active, while the other one is passively connected to the active speaker.

I connect with the active speaker.
It works both in Firefox and Chrome, but not always in gzdoom with DOOM2.wad and no mods.
Sometimes I hear sound in gzdoom, but most times not.

What could be the reason for this?
Also how to change the profile from headset to speakers?

Almost forgot: I use the lastest version of arch 21.05.2023

Post the outputs of

 sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
pactl list cards
pactl list sinks
pactl list sink-inputs 

during reproduction
