paclist - after Git migration

On my Arch installation

paclist community

still lists the packages like before
and likewise

paclist extra

still doesn't list the packages that were in community before the Git migration.

Will this change automatically, so that paclist will list the correct packages?

That is normal, you still have the previous database files on your computer. This will change after you have synchronized the new repository databases. The mirrors are still syncing, so I'd suggest waiting a day or so before performing the update, though.
