problems with fonts

After last upgrade i can't write in bulgarian ( my native language ).I'm with kde and i have it in kbd switch indicator but i can write in bulgarian only when the app is with no set encoding ..if i set cp1251 encoding / standart cyrilic encoding for own sites / when i swith the writing i write again in english..?
