Hello everyone, I wasn't sure whether to ask this here or in some other thread.
Anyways, I am using reflector but since a week or so there has been no updates. Here is my mirrorlist that I just generated once again:

Thank you in advance.

The top mirror is out of sync, https://archlinux.org/mirrors/status/
Possibly due to https://archlinux.org/news/git-migration-announcement/
Only archmirror.it is synced.
Use a stricter reflector criteria, eg. "--latest" or "--age" and probably remove the nationality filter (or add countries)

'Just' being August 2022? Aside from seth's comments, I suspect you are running reflector without '--save'/redirect and/or as an unprivileged user.
Sakura:-
Mobo: MSI MAG X570S TORPEDO MAX // Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X @4.9GHz // GFX: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT // RAM: 32GB (4x 8GB) Corsair DDR4 (@ 3000MHz) // Storage: 1x 3TB HDD, 6x 1TB SSD, 2x 120GB SSD, 1x 275GB M2 SSD
Making lemonade from lemons since 2015.

Oh.. you're right, I didn't even notice.
It seems that reflector wasn't working properly or the service got disabled somehow.
All I had to do was enabling reflector.service and reboot.
Thank you so much!
