I installed the kde desktop environment. A few days ago, I found that the main menu bar of ieda was missing, and it was useless to change the configuration file. I thought it was a bug of idea.
When using libre writer today, I wanted to insert a directory, but found that its main menu bar is not there. I wonder if it is a problem with a certain global configuration.
But I can't find where the problem is, please help me to solve it

You most likely added/enabled a global menu bar or the hamburger menu in the window bar in KDE. If you don't find it and remove it from the applets/or the hamburger menu from the window decoration settings you can force disable it in
kcmshell5 kcm_kdedby disabling/stopping the global application menu service

I checked all the services currently started, and found nothing, it seems that this is not the reason

I'm fairly certain it is. Post the output of
qdbus org.kde.plasmashell /PlasmaShell org.kde.PlasmaShell.dumpCurrentLayoutJS
qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin org.kde.KWin.supportInformationin code tags: https://bbs.archlinux.org/help.php#bbcode

Thank you very much, I found the option to close the service in the settings bar, after closing, everything is normal

Great please mark as [SOLVED] by editing the title (as you've noted you will have to shorten it a bit, maybe something like "[SOLVED] Disappearing menu bar on KDE" or so)
