Files are invisible in Raid-Array

Hello, this is my first post here and i hope everything is correct. If not please tell so I can learn.

I am running two Raid1-Arrays thorugh mdadm. There are two Harddrives with each having two partitions mirroring the other drive. Two days ago onw of the arrays seems empty. I cannot find any files on there. The only information that is left is the top-level directory-structure. However the files are not just hidden and also seem to be still on the drives, because the 'df'-Command shows me that roughly 10 % of the array is still occupied.
Where are those files and how can I get them back?
