KDE keyboard layout indicator disappears

Hi everyone.
The layout indicator in KDE (apparently) randomly disappears under unknown conditions.

I don't change any settings, but the problem persists.
Sometimes i just notice it's gone, and to return it i need to change locale settings. For example, switching "OSD on layout change" option on/off returns the indicator.
This time it happened when i opened Konsole. Here is what journalctl says:

These don't say anything useful, to me. How do i find the cause? Or mb someone has encountered this problem before.

Does it disappear or is it just moved to the extended drop down due to infrequent use? If the latter you can configure the system tray widget to always show the layout indicator regardless of whether it determines it to be used infrequently.

Nope. Even if in the tray settings this indicator is selected to be shown always.

This can be easily reproduced on my machine and it seems that it's caused by telegram-desktop.

If I switch to telegram window, keyboard layout indicator disappears immediately and layout shortcut stops working as well. The only way to bring the indicator back is to open system settings and it will be present in the system tray until you switch to telegram window again. At least this is the only application that breaks the layout indicator on my machine. KDE Frameworks 5.106.0, Plasma 5.27.5, Qt 5.15.9

I've been unable to reproduce the bug just now.

I've just switched telegram to a flatpak version.
The indicator was set to "show when relevant". Changed to "always shown".

I'll write back, if the problem persists. Thank you for your replies.

For the last several days the problem could be reproduced only with Telegram app (switching back to the other app makes keyboard layout indicator visible) and is gone after the latest system update.
Don't know if it is finally resolved or will be back after reboot.

UPD: nope. Telegram still breaks the indicator.

UPD 2: Since 2023-06-23 everything works (for now).
