My Laptop Boots Sometimes, Sometimes it Doesn't

My laptop (a ThinkPad T470) sometimes boots in to Arch just fine, sometimes it gets stuck in GRUB's 'Loading linux-zen'.

Anyone know what's happening?

It's either a hardware problem, or you've done something very messed up in post installation. Was it like that since the first day? Is this happening exclusively when using Arch? Did this begin recently or did it start the moment you installed Arch?
