I have a problem with my headphones. When I connect headphones with a microphone, my computer detects them as a output device, but it doesn't recognize the external microphone. It only shows the built-in microphone. Additionally, there's a very faint buzzing sound even when there is no audio playing.
I have checked the connections and made sure the headphones isn't broken and properly plugged in. However, despite my efforts, the microphone is not recognized or displayed in the settings.
