Getting an error when trying to enable lightdm-plymouth [SOLVED]

I have installed both plymouth and lightdm and I am running KDE as my desktop

When i try to run

sudo systemctl enable lightdm-plymouth.service

I get an error saying

Failed to enable unit: Unit file lightdm-plymouth.service does not exist.

I cant uninstall plymouth to try to reinstall it because when I try to do that I get two more errors saying

:: removing plymouth breaks dependency 'plymouth' required by breeze-plymouth
:: removing plymouth breaks dependency 'plymouth' required by plymouth-kcm

Why do you think that service exists? While this might have been the case in earlier times, a bunch of this has changed and this service isn't documented in either the plymouth nor the lightdm wiki pages.

It was in the guide that was given to me, I also saw the file in the github repo

Which github repo, which guide? Don't listen to random guides unless necessary, use the wiki.

Yeah I will next time. It seems to just work so I will just leave it.
