VS Code > 1.78 + wayland/sway [Self Resolved]

Is anyone currently able to run vs code on wayland+sway?

I have the latest code package (code 1.79.1-2) installed, and related dependencies, as well as the recommended flags here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Wayland#Electron

However, since ~ v1.78, I have not been able to get vs code to run properly. It crashes immediately on startup.

I'm aware of this github issue https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/181805 and related, but still have not been able to get it to start despite trying the mentioned suggestions.

What are those who have this working currently using?

EDIT: setting "window.titleBarStyle": "custom" in ~/.config/Code - OSS/User/settings.json does seem to mostly resolve.

Thanks for the hint with the "window.titleBarStyle" settings!
