[SOLVED] Weird Pacman Output

Every time I use pacman, I receive this gibberish output followed by the typical information. I'm not sure how it happened, but any help is appreciated.

[sudo] password for mavrik:
kdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkdkuLLLLLLLLLLLLLKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK:q' in section 'extra' not recognized.
:: Synchronizing package databases...
core is up to date
extra is up to date
:: Starting full system upgrade...
there is nothing to do

Re: [SOLVED] Weird Pacman Output

See your /etc/pacman.conf. It tells you where the problem is, the extra section.

Re: [SOLVED] Weird Pacman Output

Oh sweet, thanks so much! I had junk in the last line of my pacman.conf for some reason.

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.
