I am making an archiso config but I need to be able to allow the user to save some information persistently without having to re build the iso. How can I do that? (It will only be used as a live system btw)

Take also a look at AUR/archuseriso

Installing to a USB stick with arch-install-scripts and dd-ing an image is out of the question?
