blank screen on GRUB decryption after turning the monitor too late

Hi!

I have a Lenovo G32qc-10 monitor and when I turn it on or when it is in standby mode before I turn on my PC everything is fine and I see the BIOS post message along with the screen for unlocking an encrypted ROOT partition. However, when I turn on the computer and switch on the monitor after several seconds, I don't see the GRUB unlocking screen but typing the passphrase blindlessly works.

Similarly, when I see the GRUB unlocking screen and I turn off the monitor and then turn it back on it doesn't display the unlocking screen any more.

Do you have any idea why that is?

I use the INTEL integrated graphics (i3-13100) and ASRock Z790 Lightning PG.
