Why i can't connect to wifi using GUI in my arch ?

I have installed arch everything is working fine but why can't i connect with wifi using GUI. i have to use gwtcl to connect to it. when ever i open my setting it says NetworkManager not running and even i connect to any wire connection using GUI.

What GUI? What did you install? What did you run or enable?

There is no gwtcl in the Arch repos. What are you actually running?

I think you mean iwctl insteal gwtcl? That is just one of the programs help you to configure network.

You are supposed to install package networkmanager using pacman and enable NetworkManager.service to make NetworkManager runs.
