Problems with teletype

My GUI is on tty7. When I try to switch to another tty (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+F3) I see plymouth screen instead of console:

If I try to switch back to GUI nothing happens.
However, in tty mode (where I do not see console), I can input login+password and other commands e.g. poweroff.
I have nvidia graphic card GeForce RTX 2060
Driver version: 530.41.03
How to fix it?
