Help with underclocking

I have a laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H and the CPU temperature is going crazy high. I have clean air vents and changed thermal paste every 6 months. The problem is when I compile something or play CS:GO it always goes to 95-100 degree C.
Please can I get the best tool for this? Ideally when I used windows I used to under clock it to 85 Degree C max. How can I do the same on Arch?

Re: Help with underclocking

The CPU is designed for 105°C max

You could limit the maximum frequency,  https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/CPU_frequency_scaling
Or use sth. like https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/cpulimit for CPU intensive but low priority jobs.

It is probably NOT a good idea to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Undervolting_CPU a Ryzen, because they're fragile AF anyway.
