Openbox ?

Ok, thanks to you nice people, I'm running Arch w/ KDE 3.5.5
It's all smooth and nice,
but what if I would like to try Openbox ?

What do I need to do to install (the latest) Openbox, and what do I need to configure to run it ?
I was thinking to run gdm instead of kdm, how can I install this ?
I would like to get rid of all KDE-related stuff :!: , so should I first install Gnome and then openbox ?

Sorry for my stupid n00b questions, just learning Arch !
