zathura unable to open a pdf file

hello, I am using zathura to read my pdfs. it can open all files very well except one. when I try to open my Nowcasting2.pdf, an empty screen is shown: https://i.imgur.com/KmujJ6J.png

when I try to open the file with any other viewer (xournal++, firefox, brave), it works and when I try to open any other file with zathura, it works, as well. problem is just the combination of zathura and Nowcasting2.pdf file

It says 21 pages. Are all pages empty?
Can you share the file?
Otherwise try "qpdf --check Nowcasting2.pdf"

Is there any way how to upload files to this forum?

Result of the command:

File is not encrypted
File is not linearized
No syntax or stream encoding errors found; the file may still contain
errors that qpdf cannot detect

At a glance there's nothing odd about the PDF, do you use the poppler or mupfd plugin?
