I'm running Arch on Thinkpad X240 and FN keys are not working.
Specifically those that should control volume and mic. In my case that is FN + F1 to F4. Other are either working or I'm simply not interested in them(Like FN+F8 which kills wifi off)
I must say that I've already looked at similar problem with Thinkpad E14 and general good advice to update BIOS. However, I'm already using latest available BIOS for my particular machine.
It is also important to notice, that FN+F1-4 keys are working perfectly on Live CDs that I had. Tested on Linux Mint and Fedora Workstation Live CDs and volume controls as intended.
