ksmserver failed with "networkIdsList argument is NULL"

$ journalctl -b -r -p 4 -x
...
ksmserver[756]: Qt: Session management error: networkIdsList argument is NULL
$ ksmserver
Qt: Session management error: networkIdsList argument is NULL

And this bugzilla report says to update software althout it is related to `kdeinit5` . But my kde packages are updated:

$ pacman -Qu plasma-meta
# show nothing
$ pacman -Qi plasma-meta
Name            : plasma-meta
Version         : 5.27-3

This is issue is different from this comment in the above bugzilla because both terminal and journal shows the message and `ksmserver` fails to start.
