I created a new VM with Win 11 selected. I tried disabling USB with no luck. I tried changing chipset to ICH9 with no luck. I tried changing networking to NAT still hangs. I'm using Turkish Q keyboard and somehow it is related to hanging? Doesn't it support it? Everything is up to date btw.
Using latest KDE with SDDM.

Adding ibt=off to the systemd-boot config solved the problem. If anyone having the same issue just add ibt=off to options line.
