Samba 3.0.23D for Arch64

Samba 3.0.23d is available only for i686, but for x86_64 we have only samba 3.0.23c. Is there a problem with the 64bit porting of this version?

you are right. our diff script won't show packages that only differ in a letter. just updated it.
