Lutris cannot start the Epic platform's game normally.

Hello everyone!

I have successfully installed Epic Game Store and Fall Guys through Lutris (https://lutris.net/games/fall-guys/), but when I started the game through Lutris, I received the following information:

libGL error: glx: failed to create dri3 screen

Then I tried to check for the errors and got the following results：

Due to limitations in my knowledge level or coding experience, I did not obtain information from it that could solve my problem. So I hope to get some help on the forum.

When you use Epic games in Lutris you are creating a WINE prefix that installs the Windows version of the Epic Games Launcher and then in that you install Windows games.  The problem is everything is in one prefix and you're going through too much complexity.

I use Lutris extensively, but for Epic games I use Heroic Games Launcher:

Which is in the AUR:

And that works perfect.  I use both Lutris and Heroic.  As an alternative it could work for you too.

There is also the Heroic Bash Launcher:

https://github.com/redromnon/HeroicBashLauncher

Which tries to give you simple shell scripts to launch Heroic games (so you can use them directly in Lutris) but I got it working once and then couldn't do it again.  Maybe it's fixed by now.

I'm sorry I only replied to you now because my Heroic account has been unable to log in to the Epic account for a long time. Therefore, I have been dallying in Heroic's Github issue intermittently for almost a day. Fortunately, I have just resolved this issue and will try to install the game. Thank you for your reply and help!

Right on, you're welcome.  Right now software is still settling for what does what best.  And Heroic Games Launcher I've found does Epic Games Store titles the best.  I still use Lutris for everything else though.   Once you install and test your games please post back with the results!

Sorry to bother you, but after my Fall Guys game was installed and running normally, it displayed "Missing game files. Please exit the game, verify the game files in your game mall client to recover the lost files, then start the game and try again." How can I perform this operation in Heroic?

I have fixed the errors and got a great game via Github and reddit, thanks for your help!
