Qt headers and libraries not found - solved

When i'm tring to compile a pakage it gives this error:

configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.2 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

But:

Install pkgconfig and try again.

It would also help to have the name of the package.
