Hello
Operations to open a libre office file take a lot of time - around 30/40s - this is really a matter and new.
Arch is on a SSD and files are on a common home on a hard disk ; partition free space is around 6 Go , swap is 8 G and distro is updated regularly without problems
When I open a pdf file , it's instantaneous ; also time for arch booting is 7/8 seconds ,very good
I use LibreOffice still 7.4.7.2.40 ( built 2) , linux lts 6.1.39.1 w86_64 - desktop xfce
If any idea , let me know , here system data

Remove xdg-desktop-portal-gnome and replace with xdg-desktop-portal-gtk.
If that didn't fix it post
printenv
loginctl session-statusOffline
thanks V1del :matter is cleared with gtk instead of gnome
