Speakers are shown as unavaible

When I open pavucontrol, i can see that the sound is being showed to be transmitted. However, I can never hear anything.

Tell us a lot more about your system.  Laptop? Desktop?  What is the output of lspci  ?

Tell us a lot more about your system.  Laptop? Desktop?  What is the output of lspci  ?

Its a Dell Inspiron 14-3462 laptop. I am currently using pulseaudio. Running lspci displays this:

Solved by reinstalling sof-firmware.
