Booting with a blank screen when not setting "nomodeset"

I am currently dual booting my PC and running Windows 11 with arch linux on different partitions. Every time I want to boot into arch linux I need to set the nomodeset parameter. If I don't, I boot into a black screen. I am pretty sure this has something to do with my GPU drivers since I can still login into my user and reboot the system even though my screen is black. I am using

GPU: GeForce RTX 3060
CPU: Intel Core i7-1165G7

and an asus motherboard. I am currently not running any Desktop Environments or anything. This is just a fresh install of arch linux. I have tried installing the NVIDIA driver but this hasn't solved my problem at all. I have tried to find a fix on this forum and on the wiki but I didn't find anything that actually solved my problem. I know the information I have provided might not be enough to actually help me so I would be  extremely happy to provide any information that is needed.

Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.

Ideally provide a journal of an affected boot

sudo journalctl -b -1 | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

for the previous one (where you didn't use nomodeset)

Do not reboot w/ the power button, but frenetically pressing ctrl+alt+del should™ reboot the system.

I'm assuming this is the problem of the framebuffer console getting assigned to the integrated card despite that not having outputs. Try disabling the integrated gpu explicitly in the uefi menu or adding module_blacklist=i915 to kernel parameters

No discernable intel VGA, but you're using nouveau on a GA104 (Ampère chip) and it wets itself

I have tried installing the NVIDIA driver but this hasn't solved my problem at all.

Try like https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA#Installation ?
Try again and especially take a closer look at step #5 - because the nvidia module currently only loads after nouveau has already shit the bed.
