[SOLVED] Distribution terms on Discord package in Arch

I was reading the Legal Terms in Discord and in https://discord.com/developers/docs/pol … of-service it is reported:

You will not (and will not attempt to or permit or enable others to): (a) reverse engineer or otherwise derive source code, trade secrets, or know-how from the APIs, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable laws; (b) modify, create derivative works, copy, reproduce, redistribute, rent, lease, sell, or syndicate access to the APIs; .....

So it is not permitted to redistribute Discord software. How is it possible that Arch Linux Extra repository has Discord package (https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/discord/) if the legal terms seem to prohibit it?
