The link to "FluxBB" at the bottom of the page is broken

It links to

fluxbb.org

but as far as I can tell the official site is

fluxbb.net

Re: The link to "FluxBB" at the bottom of the page is broken

The last official FluxBB release was 4.5 years ago. The last commit on GitHub on FluxBB mirror was over 2 years ago. The project seems dead and it appears the official website simply went down in late 2022. On Arch’s side migration to other software is being considered.

The .net version is not the official site. It’s a placeholder website for a commercial service.

Well, the other option is to fork/maintain fluxbb. In the meantime, should the link point to the github page or just stay linked to the old and dead domain?

The Arch forums already use a fork: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/archbbs.

How close to upstream is that fork meant to stay?
Because I've got this thing I've been waiting for a while now… big_smile

There is no upstream anymore to stay close to. wink
