Issue with libjpeg-turbo when upgrading arch linux

Looks like your missing the multilib repository, which is where the new lib32-libjpeg-turbo package is found. If you intended to remove that repository you'll need to uninstall any lib32 packages, otherwise you need to add it back in your pacman.conf

You have ib32-libjpeg-turbo from multilib installed but are no longer have the multilib repository enabled.  Either re-enable multilib or remove all the packages on your system that came from multilib before performing the update.
