Is there any official process for moving packages from unsupported into community?
People are voting on packages, but nothing happens. For example please look at following games:
(sorry for long links)
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?d … ns=&SeB=nd

AFAIK these games are completly free (I omitted Quake3 and Enemy Territory). They have more than 20 votes. Why they aren't in the community?

The votes are important, but they are not the only consideration. Adoption by a TU is required before a package can be moved to community, and it is always preferable that community packages are maintained by TUs who use them, or at least, are interested in them.
On the evidence of this post alone, it would appear that we don't have any TUs interested in gaming, but hopefully I'm wrong.
Maybe some of the recently-appointed members of the team will pick them up.
The AUR User and TU Guidelines provide full details on the Unsupported->Community process.

How to change it? Gaming is very important part.

I'm interested in gaming, personally - I'd grab 'em, but right now my computer's toast, and I've been uber-busy with school and other stuff right now, so I've been kind of in a state where I just keep my current packages uptodate instead of adopting new stuff.
Hopefully that will change soon - term's almost over. ![]()
