Hi.
I have an ATI HD 4250 (integrated) gpu.
I tried to install gpu drivers by reading ATI page of wiki (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/ATI).
Following install section, installed mesa xf86-video-ati libva-mesa-driver mesa-vdpau packages and now it seems that xorg doesn't start.
Uninstalled those packages and again black screen appears.
How to fix this issue and install appropriate drivers for it?

Append systemd.unit=multi-user.target to your bootcommand line, this should give you a text console.
Assuming it works, get the full output of lspci -k and most recent xorg log , see https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General for inof where to find that.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/List_o … n_services for methods to upload stuff from console.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

get the full output of lspci -k
