[SOLVED]When I open vedio the sound is gone, and vedio step play?

I'm installed the gnome GUI, but when I open video the sound just gone, and video step play...
I suspend system, after 2 second above, wake up system the sound is back. 
every video I opened. I have to do the operation. please help! how I solve this problem?

Make sure you don't run conflicting sound servers, e.g. if you have pulseaudio and wireplumber this is a common situation which can be fixed by going into either direction (switching to pipewire-media-session if you want to stay on pulse or moving to pipewire-pulse to switch the stack to pipewire/wireplumber) in doubt during the problematic situation post

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
aplay -lL
pactl list cards
