Hi,
Has anyone managed to get plasma5 to work under wayland without xorg-xwayland?

Xwayland should only be started on demand (if / when an X11-only program starts) though the package is a dependency for plasma-wayland-session. You could either rebuild that package without it, or just remove xorg-xwayland ignoring dependencies.
If you've done that, does plasma run, or what errors do you get?

Hi Trilby!
Thanks for your reply.
I actually get little output, and, to my knowledge no real error(s). After the last message about DRM my system crashes totally. When I say totally, I mean totally. I cannot switch to another TTY nor can I ctrl-alt-del the system. The only thing that works is the power on/off button on my case. It sends some kind of a signal to my system and it shuts down.
When xorg-xwayland is installed, startplasma-wayland works as expected.
EDIT: I tried compiling plasma-desktop without xf86-input-evdev xf86-input-synaptics xf86-input-libinput xorg-server-devel makedepends and it compiled fine. So I installed it and got the same output and outcome (freeze).
