My system crashes when I use the
tar -cvzf /mnt/Xixi/copy/home/2023-8-21gen-sysyem.tar.gz / --exclude-tag-under=sys/ --exclude-tag-under=proc/ --exclude-tag-under=mnt/ --exclude-tag-under=home/ --exclude-tag-under=lost+found/I don't know why, but the tar compressed /sys and the computer crashed. But if I use ^C to terminate the program, the system slowly shuts down the program and then returns to normal.this is log

Is this error reproducible?
If so, I'd run tar in verbose mode and tee its logging output into a log file.

Tar should have printed a warning.
Option `--exclude-tag-under` is positional. It affects targets appearing in the command line after it. So archiving “/” is unaffected by `--exclude-tag-under=sys/` and the rest of these options. So you are archiving the entire “/”. That includes sysfs, so this command effectively instructed tar to perform a bunch of random read operations on interfaces representing actual hardware and kernel features. A likely cause of the crash.
Even if the options were in the right order, they would produce an empty archive. “/” always contains “sys/”, so it will be excluded from the process.
If your goal was to archive only some directories in “/”, just name them explicitly:
