[SOLVED] How to create a pkglist.txt file

Hello I am trying to figure out what packages I have on my system and found this command through a video I saw, but I can't remember what the command was. What ever the command was, it created a txt file called "pkglist.txt" and inside the file is a list of all the packages I have on my system.
