[SOLVED] No Kodi acceleration after nvidia 535.104.05-1 update

Hi all,

Pre-marking this as solved.

If you, like me, load nvidia modules early in initramfs then you might want to watch out for this gotcha.

Updating to 535.104.05-1 does not trigger an initramfs rebuild, so after upgrading and rebooting I'm thinking there's some conflict with having older modules loaded early.

This led to my CPU fans screaming as Kodi had no acceleration options available for playback.

Workaround is easy, just mkinitcpio -P then reboot again, no need to downgrade.

P.S. I was gonna thank nl6720 and Toolybird in the Arch bug but Tooly was too quick for me.
