Sound card is not recognized by ALSA on cold boot

So as the title says ALSA doesn't recognize my Audigy RX sound card on cold boot yet everything is fine after rebooting.
lspci says that the kernel is aware of the sound card:

[egor@arch ~]$ lspci | grep Sound
06:00.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs CA0108/CA10300 [Sound Blaster Audigy Series]

but ALSA isn't for some reason:

[egor@arch ~]$ cat /proc/asound/cards
 1 [HDMI           ]: HDA-Intel - HDA ATI HDMI
                      HDA ATI HDMI at 0xfcca0000 irq 87
 2 [Generic        ]: HDA-Intel - HD-Audio Generic
                      HD-Audio Generic at 0xfce00000 irq 89

Any guess what is causing this and what logs I should look at?
