[question] Is this the right way to configure chromium on wayland ?

I strangely have 2 GPU statuses inside chrome://gpu when ozone-platform selected is wayland under sway. 
One is Graphics Feature Status which everything is disabled & completely runs on software. 
Another is Graphics Feature Status for Hardware GPU which have some green that I've enabled from .config/chromium-flags.conf 

Is this how chromium is intended to run on wayland ? I'm confused.
