[SOLVED] No network card visibile (HP EliteBook G6, I-219V)

I have installed Arch onto my laptop. Most of it went smoothly, however after login I have no network access. The lights of my ethernet connector are not blinking and lspci does not list any ethetnet devices.

A similar issue came up here before https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=270781 tried the solution with the intel tool described there, but did not help. I also went trought this extensive thread here, but no help either https://www.linux.org/threads/intel-i21 … ing.43844/

I assume most of the users have the I-219V card working out of the box. So what did I do wrong?

turns out i wast just stupid and havent enabled systemd-networkd sad( maybe there was some other issue with the network card but apparently i have resolved it in the meantime as it is already available in lscpi. so now everything works
