amdgpu driver crashing when starting games, sometimes

EDIT: After doing some further googling, this seems to be a problem that has been affecting a large number of AMDGPU users for the last year or so. Unless someone has a surefire way to solve it that I've somehow missed, no need to waste your time replying here. Thank you

Hello! I recently got a RX 6900XT and I've been getting driver crashes about 10% of the time when starting games. This seems to be the relevant bit from "sudo dmesg"

Anyone got any ideas for how to proceed? I tried to switch from radeon-vulkan to amdvlk but got horrible performance and the games would end up hanging a lot of the time.
