lid is being reported to udev and libinput as a keypress

so I made this bug report in udev/systemd: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/28942
and well I am supposed to fix it myself I guess so I am seeking help since I have no idea where is even the documentation for udev rules

anyway so I am pretty sure that the keypress with scancode d8 is basically me closing the lid and the scancode d7 is me opening the lid
So what I though about doing is basically remap those keypresses correctly and upstream this stuff to udev and this will fix everything probably but yeah this doesn't seems like an option
and I just now realised that in journalctl output "ACPI: button: The lid device is not compliant to SW_LID."
so I don't what am I supposed to do I guess this is a kernel issue now
my problem is I don't know when this wasn't an issue so yeah getting to the commit that ruined the lid is I don't know impossible at my level of computer science so yeah
basically help
