I had this issue, it was annoying and don't have to be BS'ing around trying to fix something broken as soon as you try to install it, I like Arch just for fun but sometimes I just dont have time to look into it to these kind of issues much so probably will revisit arch in a few months later until I see it working normally right after an install.  I have installed arch a few times on regular workstations and Vms and have never seen anything like this before. I need something work out of the box. so its whatever for now
